I am delighted to have found EFT in 2005, after 30 years of studying, researching, training and 20 years practicing mind body therapies. I have experienced and worked with EFT for over four years and it never ceases to amaze me. EFT and IET are allowing me to fulfil my personal goals as well as my mission as a therapist and facilitator of positive change.

In the past, the prevailing belief was that "we are victims of our genetic inheritance". Today, thanks to dedicate scientits we know that growth, health and happiness is only dwarfed by our own limiting beliefs.

EFT corrects disruptions in our energy system, that are causing negative emotional responses and dis-ease. It fine tunes it allowing natural, permanent healing to occur in a fraction of the time needed when using other methods. Instead of months of psychotherapy or a life-time of prescribed drugs you can restore health in few sessions. Specific problems can be resolved in only one session. EFT really works even when everything else failed!

Health and Vitality in the comfort of your home or office
Avoid the stress of driving, parking or traveling by public transport and receive your chosen treatment in the comfort of your office or home, at a time that suits you best.

Mind your Body provides single or combined complementary therapy treatments. Single modality treatments: EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique, Aromatherapy massage, Reflexology or Reiki, last an hour or longer. Please see treatments available to help you choose your preferred modality.

Please note that for your convenience EFT/IET sessions can be conducted via telephone or Skype, as well as in person. EFT/IET group sessions are also available at reduced rates. Other venues can be arranged for your convinience contact me. Organize a group session at your home or office!

Longer sessions, including consultation and Psychosomatherapy treatments are available too. These treatments last at least two hours, are tailored to your individual wants and needs, and may include: Coaching or Counseling, Reiki with Aromatherapy Massage or Reflexology treatments. In addition,you will receive sound nutrition advice and relaxation tips, such as breathing, posture and relaxation exercises will help you to implement changes and facilitate healing of body and mind.

Investment:

EFT/IET: £60 per hour.

Aromatherapy Massage: £50 per hour

Reiki: £40 per hour

Reflexology: £40 per hour

Combined Reiki and Aromatherapy massage: £80 for 2 hours.

Concessions available (proof of low income needed).

Fees are paid in advance. Appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hs notice are charged at full rate.

Prices include traveling time and costs, within 5 miles from Central London. For longer distances, please add £20 per travelling hour.
